LITTLE KIDS JIU JITSU (AGES 3-6)

Our Little Kids Jiu Jitsu program introduces young children to the world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Designed specifically for ages 3–7, this class focuses on building coordination, balance, discipline, and confidence through age-appropriate drills and games. Students learn fundamental movements, basic techniques, and the importance of teamwork, respect, and listening skills. Whether your child is shy, energetic, or somewhere in between, our goal is to help them develop both on and off the mats—learning how to focus, follow directions, and gain confidence in a positive, encouraging setting.


KIDS JIU JITSU (AGES 7-13)

Our kids Jiu Jitsu program is designed to help children develop strong technical foundations, discipline, and confidence as they grow in both skill and maturity. Classes are split between Fundamentals and Advanced groups on separate mats, allowing each student to train at their appropriate level and pace. Beginners focus on core techniques, movement, and self-defense, while our advanced students refine their strategy, timing, and competition-level skills. Through structured drills, live training, and a supportive team environment, kids learn valuable lessons in perseverance, respect, and leadership—skills that benefit them far beyond the mats.
ADULTS/TEENS JIU JITSU (14+)
Monday - Thursday Evening 6:45-7:45pm
Tuesday & Thursday Mornings 6:00-7:00am
Friday Lunch Class 11:30-1:00pm
Our Adult Jiu Jitsu program is designed to challenge, empower, and transform. Whether you’re stepping onto the mats for the first time or a seasoned practitioner looking to refine your skills, our classes provide a balanced blend of technique, conditioning, and strategy. Under expert instruction, students learn practical self-defense, gain confidence, and build discipline while developing strong connections with a supportive community. Every session is structured to help you progress at your own pace, sharpen your mind, and strengthen your body—both on and off the mats.


WOMENS ONLY JIU JITSU (14+)
Saturday or Sunday as available
Our Women’s Only Jiu Jitsu program provides a comfortable, empowering environment where women of all ages and experience levels can learn effective self-defense, build confidence, and get in great shape. Led by experienced coaches who understand the unique challenges women face, this class focuses on practical techniques, leverage, and control rather than size or strength. Beyond the physical benefits, our women’s program fosters a supportive community of training partners who encourage, uplift, and grow together—both on and off the mats. Whether your goal is fitness, confidence, or connection, this class is a perfect place to start your Jiu Jitsu journey.
JIU JITSU OPEN MAT
(KIDS & ADULTS)

Our Open Mat sessions give students the freedom to train, drill, and roll at their own pace in a relaxed, supportive environment. Open to both kids and adults, these sessions are a great opportunity to practice techniques, get extra rounds in, or learn from teammates of all levels. Whether you’re preparing for competition, fine-tuning specific skills, or just want more mat time, Open Mat is where growth happens. It’s a time to connect, share knowledge, and strengthen the Culture BJJ community—one round at a time.

LITTLE KICKERS KICKBOXING (AGES 4-7)

Our Little Kickers Kickboxing program introduces young kids to martial arts in a fun, high-energy environment designed just for them. Through age-appropriate drills, games, and movements, students learn balance, coordination, focus, and discipline—all while building confidence and having a blast. Each class teaches basic striking and defensive skills in a safe, structured way that emphasizes respect, teamwork, and self-control. Beyond the physical benefits, our Little Kickers gain life skills that carry over into school, home, and everyday life—helping them grow into confident, respectful, and resilient young athletes.
JR KICKERS KICKBOXING (AGES 8-12)

Our JR Kickers Kickboxing program is designed to help kids ages 8–12 develop confidence, discipline, and athleticism through exciting, skill-based training. Students learn proper striking techniques, footwork, and defensive movements in a safe and structured environment that encourages focus and effort. Each class blends fun, challenge, and teamwork—helping kids improve coordination, strength, and endurance while also learning respect, perseverance, and self-control. Whether your child is brand new to martial arts or looking to take their training to the next level, JR Kickers Kickboxing builds the foundation for both physical fitness and strong character.


ADULTS/TEENS KICKBOXING (13+)
Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:45-8:30pm
Our Adult Kickboxing program delivers an exciting, high-energy workout that builds strength, endurance, and confidence while teaching real striking skills. Designed for all experience levels, each class combines proper technique, bag work, and conditioning drills to help you improve fitness and learn effective self-defense in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to get in shape, relieve stress, or challenge yourself in a new way, our kickboxing classes offer a motivating atmosphere that keeps you coming back—sweating, smiling, and getting stronger every session.
